Born and educated in France, Dr. Chevreau has been living and working in the US for over 28 years, giving her a unique understanding of both American and European business and scientific cultures.

Nathalie Chevreau received a BS in organic chemistry and a PhD in inorganic chemistry from the University of Bordeaux, France. She did her postdoctoral fellowship at Cornell University and has a Masters in Food and Nutrition from the University of Utah.
She has been an adjunct professor in the Division of Foods and Nutrition at the University of Utah, working as a guest lecturer to students in the Master’s program, to medical students and residents. She has published several peer reviewed articles and presented research posters at national conferences in the USA. Dr. Chevreau is fluent in both French and English.
